Delete Your Account

Two ways to permanently delete your Companion account and data.

In the app (fastest)

Open Companion and sign in
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account and confirm

This takes effect immediately — no waiting period.

Without the app

Email support@kronosautomation.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes:

Your profile and account information
All check-ins and their AI responses
All guided sessions and messages
Your journal notes
Reflection threads, daily prompt history, and safety-event logs

Billing records are kept for financial and legal record-keeping as required by law, but are disconnected from your identity at the same time — they're no longer linked to your account or usable to identify you.
